If you are not satisfied after receiving your Ecoology order, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it as long as the item has not been used or damaged and is returned with all its labels and original packaging.

You will find a form in the shipping package that you must fill out properly and send along with the item you wish to exchange.

You can make the return by ordinary mail or transport company. All returns must be made in their original packaging and with the return form duly completed.

Once the product is received, we will verify that it is in good condition and we will proceed to refund the charge by the same payment method used for the transaction, whether by credit card, PayPal or transfer.

The shipping costs of the products that you wish to return, by mail or courier, will be borne by you except in the case of defective or incorrect products. Do not forget to duly fill in the product return form. Returns sent postage due will not be accepted.

In the case of returns made by mail, we advise you to send them by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt.

Ecoology will send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return, and we will proceed to pay the amount of the returned items. The shipping costs of the order will only be refunded in the case of defective or incorrect products.

¿Cómo elijo mi talla correcta?

Sabemos que acertar con la talla es clave. En cada ficha de producto, incluimos las medidas de la modelo (altura y talla que lleva) para que puedas comparar visualmente. Además, en la descripción de cada camiseta te indicamos si talla normal, si es mejor elegir una talla más o menos, o si es un corte más holgado. ¿Puedo devolver o cambiar mi camiseta si no me queda bien o no me gusta?

¡Por supuesto! Queremos que estés 100% satisfecha con tu compra. Tienes 30 días desde la recepción de tu pedido para solicitar un cambio de talla o una devolución.
