If you don't know what your size is, take a tape measure and stand in front of a mirror.

Wrap the tape measure around the center of your chest, keeping the tape at the same height around the entire perimeter, loosely. Write down the centimeters.

Now circle your waist below your navel keeping the tape measure at the same height and without squeezing.

The hip, measure the widest part of the hip to do so, slide the tape measure over your hips until you find the widest part.

Here you can see the equivalence in sizes. If a size does not correspond to these measurements, you will be notified in the product file so that you can choose the correct size.

If you are not satisfied after receiving your Ecoology order, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it as long as the item has not been used or damaged and is returned with all its labels and original packaging.

You will find a form in the shipping package that you must fill out properly and send along with the item you wish to exchange.

You can make the return by ordinary mail or transport company. All returns must be made in their original packaging and with the return form duly completed.

Once the product is received, we will verify that it is in good condition and we will proceed to refund the charge by the same payment method used for the transaction, whether by credit card, PayPal or transfer.

The shipping costs of the products that you wish to return, by mail or courier, will be borne by you except in the case of defective or incorrect products. Do not forget to duly fill in the product return form. Returns sent postage due will not be accepted.

In the case of returns made by mail, we advise you to send them by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt.

Ecoology will send you an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return, and we will proceed to pay the amount of the returned items. The shipping costs of the order will only be refunded in the case of defective or incorrect products.

How do I buy?

Buying at ecology is very easy. You just have to select the items you want to buy, choose your size and add them to the shopping bag by clicking on the corresponding icon. Add as many garments as you want.

The shopping bag will contain the references and names of the selected items, the size and the color chosen. Now you just have to choose the shipping method you want and the total amount of your purchase or free shipping will appear if your purchase exceeds €49.

If you do not have any of your selected items, we will contact you within the next 48 hours and you decide if you want to exchange it for another item.

In the order form we will request your personal data that we will incorporate into our database in order to be able to process the order and to facilitate the realization of your next purchases in Ecoology.

Once your account is created you will be able to access your personal data and the information of all your orders. Make sure that your personal data is exact to avoid confusion or incidents in the shipment of your articles.

Once the purchase order is completed, you can confirm your order by clicking on the "Buy" button.

Way to pay

You can comfortably pay for your purchases through Paypal, credit or debit card or bank transfer, and the charge will be made online in real time once it has been verified that the data provided is correct.

If you want to make the payment by bank transfer, send us an email here with the garments you want and you will shortly receive the information to make the bank transfer.
All our prices are in euros and include VAT.

For orders of less than €45, shipping and handling costs of €5 are applied.

Information about your order

Once the transaction is confirmed, we will send you an email with the description of the order and the personal data you have provided us.

If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of making the purchase, we advise you to contact us here .

Shipping and countries we ship to

Our workshop is located on the island of Formentera, we do everything possible so that your orders arrive as soon as possible via Post or courier. Shipments are made 24-48H once payment has been confirmed and all items are in stock. As a general rule, you will receive your order in the next 3 business days if you live in Spain, 8 business days for the Euro Zone and 15 days for other destinations. These terms may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, the availability of the chosen product and the shipping area. In exceptional circumstances, this period could be altered by extraordinary incidents in transport or by inclement weather.

If you do not receive the order within the aforementioned period, you can contact us here and we will attend to you as soon as possible.

Returns

Changes

If you wish to exchange one garment for another, you just have to tell us which garment you want to change and which other garment you are interested in by writing your name and order number on our contact form . The shipping costs of the return of the garments that you want to change will be at your expense, the shipping of the new garments from our workshop is at our expense.

All the information you provide to Ecoology will be used solely to process purchase orders and to facilitate your use of the website.

The personal data received will be treated in accordance with Organic Law 15/99 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data and other regulations in force in Spain. The User or his representative may exercise his rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, by sending an e-mail through our contact form .
